The Neon line, in flexi's tape rather than cord — tape is wider, stronger and far less likely to cut a hand or a leg than cord. Bright neon with reflective side panels, which is the point of this line: it's the one you buy for early-morning and after-dark walks. 16 feet. The Small takes dogs up to 33 lbs and the Medium up to 55 lbs — both are the same length, so the size is about weight, not reach. Takes the flexi Multi Box accessory.
