Nylon over rubber and memory foam, built so it floats and shrugs off abrasion. The soft outside is easier on a dog's mouth than a hard bumper, which matters when they're catching it at speed. Works for fetch on land and for water retrieves, and doubles as a tug. Bright orange so you can find it in grass or on the water, and it wipes clean.
